About Laura
Who you will be working with
I'm Laura, the therapist behind Sisu Therapy. I live with my husband and two children and love horror films, documentaries, rock music and body pump. I have been secondary school teacher in Ayrshire for over twenty years and in that time I have built good relationships with lots of different people. Trust me when I say have a lot of life experience! The last three years have been spent training to be a therapist. First with a COSCA counselling skills certificate then two years completing a post graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Groupwork. This means I am qualified and experienced in delivering individual CBT and also group sessions.
