What happens to your data if something happens to me?

A clinical will is an ethical requirement of membership of my professional body. It is a document that ensures that as a client of Sisu Therapy, you and your data are safely looked after in the event of my incapacitation or death.

What would happen in the event of my incapacitation or death?

A member of my family or close friend would contact the executor of my clinical will. The executor is an experienced CBT Therapist and my clinical supervisor. The executor would contact you and discuss what would be best for you moving forward. They would also have access to your data and be responsible for destroying it after seven years.
